BEFORE
To prepare for your house cleaning, it's as simple as this:

Remove clutter so we can effectively clean all surfaces (this includes picking up items such as clothing and kid’s toys as well as making sure the sink is cleared of dishes).

Find a good spot for your pets so they are comfortable while we clean.

Put out clean sheets if we will be changing your linens.

DURING
We want your experience with Nevada Clean Up to be care free, so don’t worry if you won’t be home on the day of your scheduled cleaning. In fact, most of our customers are not home when we arrive for their cleaning.

Keep in mind, we only hire caring workers who can legally work in the United States. Plus all of our employees undergo a comprehensive background check and are fully insured.

If breakage or damage should occur during your cleaning, we will make every effort to repair or when necessary replace the item.


AFTER
We know we must earn your trust and approval each time we visit your home. That is why Nevada Clean Up does not ask you to sign a contract.

We depend on open communication and your honest evaluation of our service. Please expect to receive a survey from us after your initial cleaning and throughout your ongoing service.

We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs and provide you with a window of time and preferred day of the week for your ongoing cleaning service.

Should a scheduling conflict arise or the need to alter your cleaning plan, please contact us.
